Position Overview

Aerotek is seeking motivated individuals to join a cutting-edge semiconductor facility as Cleanroom Technicians. In this role, you'll work in a controlled cleanroom environment, operating precision equipment and supporting the production of high-tech electronic components.

Compensation & Schedule

• Pay Range: $22$28 per hour (based on experience)
• Shifts Available:
  • Day Shift: 6:00 AM 6:00 PM
  • Night Shift: 6:00 PM 6:00 AM
• Overtime: Guaranteed overtime pay

Work Environment

• Cleanroom facility with full protective gear provided (bunnysuit & PPE)
• On-site amenities including cafeteria and breakroom
• Safe, organized, and team-oriented atmosphere

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor semiconductor manufacturing equipment
• Perform photolithography, etching, and substrate cleaning processes
• Set up and maintain manual and automated machinery
• Inspect wafers and optical components using microscopes
• Ensure quality control and make necessary adjustments
• Follow cleanroom protocols and maintain safety standards

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Basic computer skills (Excel and Word)
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform light lifting
• Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail
• Willingness to learn and grow in a technical environment

Preferred Experience

• Prior cleanroom or controlled environment experience
• Electronics assembly or semiconductor process knowledge
• Comfortable working with microscopes and precision tools

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.05 - $24.15/hr.
