Cleaning Technician

Temporary Position Available! This role is projected to last for 3-4 months, with a work schedule from Friday to Tuesday.

Responsibilities:

• Perform daily cleaning tasks including resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices.
• Ensure that all areas are cleaned and sanitized according to procedures and safety guidelines.
• Keep records of cleaning actions and report maintenance or safety concerns to the supervisor.
• Follow infection control and universal precautions to maintain a sanitary environment.
• Provide outstanding customer service through positive interactions with residents, staff, and guests.
• Complete other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Previous housekeeping experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Exhibit a positive attitude and communicate effectively with residents and team members.
• Must comply with COVID-19 vaccination policies.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, push/pull a maximum of 50 pounds, and stand, sit, bend, and walk for long periods.
• Capable of performing routine tasks continuously and working around cleaning products.
• Able to follow oral and written instructions and perform repetitive tasks daily.
• Residents within the service area are preferred.
