We Build with Passion- Clean Harbors Kimball, NE NEW Incineration unit is seeking an Facility Technician Trucks and Ash will be responsible for performing industrial labor and other physically demanding work outdoors, under potentially adverse conditions, as well as within the facility/plant work environment. This is an entry-level, full-time position offering NEW wage, $26.50 Hourly Pay with OT , along with career growth and advancement opportunities. We are searching for a safety-oriented and reliable individual to join our team in Kimball, NE. HEO exp: Payloader, Truck and Backhoe 4- 12 hour rotating (days/nights) shifts per week .

• Ensures Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and acting in a safe manner at all times
• Operates industrial equipment, included but not limited to forklift
• Performs general labor throughout the facility to preparing materials for the incineration process
• Ensures the safety of him or herself as well as those around them
• Performs manual tasks such as cleaning up spills when necessary while taking all safety precautions necessary to prevent injury
• Follows all standard operating procedures
• Other duties as required

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or equivalent- required
• Previous experience with industrial or manual labor
• Payloader, Truck and Backhoe (required)
• Ability to work in adverse environments (cold/heat)
• Ability to work in team environment
• DOT Training
• Proficiency in Windows based applications
• Climb on and off forklifts
• Ability to perform multiple tasks
• Lifting up to 50 lbs from the ground to your waste
• Climb up and down vertical ladders
• Capable of reaching out, over and down exerting a force
• 20/20 eyesight corrected or uncorrected - depth perception is critical
• 10 pushups, deep knee squats and sit-ups (to determine if fit)
• Good hand/eye coordination
• Punctuality and attendance consistent
• Respirator fit test upon hire- clean shaven face required (mustache okay!)
• An excellent commitment to health and safety
• Accountability; punctuality
• Background check, drug screen and physical- required
• Must work rotating shifts Days/Nights
• Valid US DL- required
