QUALIFICATIONS

• Must have a HS Diploma or equivalent

• Good verbal and written communication skills

• Bilingual English/Spanish highly preferred

• Knowledge of Microsoft software

• Ability to learn quickly

• Be able to work with the public in a professional, compassionate manner

• Organized and detailed oriented

• Self starter with the ability to work with minimal supervision

• Be able to pass a criminal background check

• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid AZ Drivers License

• Able to pass TSA Fleet Safety E-learning module

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist with phones and field calls for assistance requests, supply information of times and required documents, schedule appointments as needed

• Data entry for Seasonal Programs (Angel Tree, Kettle Program, Thanksgiving Assistance)

• Assist with set up of Christmas programs

• Assist as needed with drop off and/or pick up of kettles

• Assist with Angel Tree Program site management, picking up toys, monitoring tags on trees as needed

• Assist with scheduling of volunteers

• Assist with Thanksgiving and Christmas distributions

• Assist in the preparation of a Christmas brief

• Assist with after seasonal clean up & storage

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. Must have the ability to operate telephone, a desktop or laptop computer, as well as the ability to access and produce information from a computer, and to understand written information.
