• Manage the enrollment process from initial inquiry to final registration.

• Provide information on curriculum, programs, and school policies.
• Assist with marketing initiatives to promote enrollment events.
• Collaborate with the education team to ensure smooth transitions for new students.
• Maintain accurate records and manage enrollment data efficiently.
• Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person communication.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, customer service, or enrollment roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Passion for early childhood education and family engagement.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• High school diploma required; a degree in a related field is a plus.

• Have a genuine passion for the education and care of children?
• Have one year of professional teaching experience (preferred) or six months of professional teaching experience (required)?
