Chief Financial Officer

$230-270K plus very strong bonus package

Hybrid in Portland Market (not open to remote)

Responsibilities

Oversee all financial activity and reporting for the company; overseeing accounting and finance, treasury, banking, insurance, compliance and IT
Improvement in finance infrastructure and accounting process to support company growth
Develop strategy to improve margins, volume, and footprint along side executives
Lead and delegate with a positive approach, retaining a willingness to be hands on as needed

Qualifications

CPA, BS degree
Experienced CFO or VP of Finance with 20+ years of progressive growth through Accounting and Finance positions
Oversight of both Accounting and Finance teams
Experience with M&A on the buy side
Leadership of larger teams
Team building and development in a high growth environment
Ability to strategically guide leadership to sound business decisions
