CERTIFIED REHABILITATION NURSE

This is your chance to fully utilize your knowledge, skills, ambition, and experience every day. Inspire our patients and support their progress by:

• Serving as the primary link to help patients succeed in inpatient rehabilitation through effective supervision of care and treatment.
• Conducting patient assessments, formulating personalized care plans, and monitoring progress.
• Identifying patient concerns and providing timely solutions.

Credentials:

• Current and unrestricted RN licensure as per state regulations is required.
• CPR certification is essential; ACLS certification is preferred.
• CRRN certification is necessary.
• Preferably two or more years of experience in an inpatient rehabilitation hospital setting.
