Location: Sioux Falls, SD

Schedule: PRN; Varying Shifts; Minimum of 30 hours per month with one weekend shift required

Salary Range: $17.00 - $25.50

Benefits:

Mileage reimbursement for travel between multiple locations within 150 miles of your permanent address
Additional pay for hours worked: $5/hour premium and $1.25/hour shift differentials for evenings/nights and weekends

Position Overview:

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents. You will provide compassionate, resident-centered care and support daily living activities under the direction of a registered nurse (RN). Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
Obtaining and recording vital signs while ensuring the comfort and dignity of residents
Engaging residents in meaningful activities and promoting their independence
Helping with meals and ensuring a positive dining experience
Performing light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment

Qualifications:

Must be at least 16 years old and possess or be actively pursuing a CNA certification
Prior long-term care experience is preferred but not required
Willingness to complete continuing education and specific competency testing annually
