Certified Nursing Assistant - Evening Shift

SUMMARY As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering compassionate, individualized patient care in partnership with a dedicated nursing team. Your proactive approach and commitment to maintaining high standards of care will be essential for the success of our healthcare environment.

STATUS: Part Time LOCATION: Clifton Springs Nursing Home

DEPARTMENT: Long Term Care

SCHEDULE: Evenings, 3pm - 11:30pm

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Patient Care & Service: Assist and/or provide support in activities as outlined in individualized care plans, transport residents to activities, offer leisure activities, and provide emotional support to residents and their families.

• Safety: Contribute to maintaining a clean and safe living environment for residents.

• Communication & Documentation: Offer timely responses to resident requests, provide direction to families, and ensure effective communication among team members.

EDUCATION:

High School Diploma (Required)

LICENSES / CERTIFICATIONS:

CNA - Certified Nursing Assistant - New York State Education Department (NYSED)

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Medium Work - Exerting 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects; frequent walking, standing, or squatting may be required.
