Position Highlights:
- Competitive pay of $27.60-$40.64/hour, based on experience.
- Additional compensation for bilingual skills.
- Generous Hiring/Retention Bonus Structure:
- At Hire: $1,500.00
- At 90-Days: $1,500.00
- At 180-Days: $2,000.00
- Bonus will be pro-rated based on Full-Time Equivalency (FTE).

Your Role:
- Maintain and update patient medical records, checking vital signs, treatments, and medications.
- Prepare for patient visits by ensuring all necessary documents and reports are readily available.
- Assist physicians by preparing exam rooms, explaining procedures to patients, and addressing their questions.
- Collect and prepare lab specimens, administer medications, and perform other clinical tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Completion of an accredited medical assisting program or equivalent training.
- One year of experience as a Certified Medical Assistant is preferred.
- Current CPR certification.
- National credential from organizations such as AAMA, AMT, NHA, or NCCT within 90 days of hire.
- Solid understanding of medical theories and practices.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to interact with diverse personalities and backgrounds.
- Strong multitasking abilities to manage varied workloads efficiently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Epic, and EMR systems.
