Centralized Staffing Coordinator

This position is based at our Corporate Office in Menomonee Falls, WI. You will work onsite from Monday through Thursday, and have the flexibility to work remotely on Fridays.

About The Role

As a Centralized Staffing Coordinator, you'll play a key role in executing our hourly staffing strategy to ensure that our locations are appropriately staffed to meet business objectives and enhance employee engagement.

What You'll Do

• Utilize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to effectively manage candidates through the hiring process.
• Provide daily progress updates regarding your work to the Team Lead.
• Follow best communication practices and adhere to hiring processes to meet staffing goals.
• Maintain confidentiality of all candidate records and sensitive information.
• Keep communication and documentation current within the ATS.
• Ensure candidate applications are complete, guiding them through the correct hiring process in the ATS.
• Communicate efficiently with candidates and colleagues throughout the hiring process.
• Support and promote Kohl's hourly staffing strategy.
• Review applicants, create job requisitions, and process job offers for multiple locations on a daily basis.
• Additional tasks may be assigned to support staffing efforts.

Required Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to adapt swiftly to changing needs.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Discretion in handling sensitive candidate information.
• Proficiency in using multiple computer screens and systems, including Google applications.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Previous experience in Human Resources.
• Experience in retail or high-volume recruiting environments.
• Familiarity with Workday.
• Experience in assisting with hourly recruiting initiatives.
• Availability for extended hours and weekends may be required.
