Competitive Pay & Benefits:

• Pay Rate: First-year drivers can earn up to $85,000 per year.
• Sign-on Bonus: Up to $10,000, based on experience.
• Routes: Primarily solo 2-day routes (1 night out).

Your Role as a CDL-A Delivery Driver:

• Unload and arrange all products in the customer-designated food-safe storage areas.
• Ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Utilize a 2-wheel dolly and ramp for deliveries.
• Frequently lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications to Join Our Team:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Possess a valid Class A commercial driver's license (CDL-A).
• Have at least 1 year or 50,000 verifiable miles of tractor-trailer driving experience.
• Must meet McLane’s MVR and risk rating qualifications.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English fluently to perform job-related tasks safely and effectively.
