Exciting Pay & Benefits Package:
- Increased pay rates - earn between 60 and 66 CPM*
- Base pay capped at 66 CPM
- Weekly earnings between $1,320 and $1,650*
- Veterans receive an additional 1 CPM
- Sign-on bonus for new drivers
- Average weekly miles between 2,200 and 2,500*
- Comprehensive benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance
- Vacation pay to promote work-life balance
- Driver referral program - earn $2,000 for each hired driver
Sign-On Bonus Details:
We reward your performance and experience:
- Experienced Drivers (3+ years): Additional 5 CPM
- Rising Stars - additional incentives available
(*Earnings vary based on experience and weekly mileage)
*Weekly miles and home time may differ by location.
Requirements:
- Valid CDL-A license
- At least 1 year of driving experience preferred; Minimum of 6 months required
- Prior refrigerated driving experience in the last 36 months preferred
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Clean driving record, free of serious violations
