Pay: Drivers earn an average of $105,000 annually. *Pay is based on mileage, number of stops, cube volume, and overnight stays.

You’re a Good Fit If You Have (or Can):

• The ability to work independently and with minimal direction.
• Strong oral communication skills.
• A commitment to safety and professionalism, representing Marvin honorably.
• Over-the-road driving experience is preferred.

You Also Need:

• A valid Class A CDL and at least one year of Class A driving experience; must be 21 or older.
• The physical ability to load/unload windows and doors at every stop and pass a physical assessment.
• Comfort with using delivery verification scanners and managing product documentation.
• Able to inspect equipment, ensure load accuracy, and comply with all DOT and Marvin safety requirements.
