Requirements:
For Dry Van:
- A valid CDL-A license is required
- Minimum of 6 months driving experience
- Applicants must be at least 21 years old
For Refrigerated:
- A valid CDL-A license is required
- Preferred: At least 1 year of experience; minimum 6 months required
- Preferred: Prior refrigerated driving experience within the last 36 months
- Applicants must be at least 21 years old

Industry-Leading Pay Structure:
For Dry Van:
- Earn between 57 - 65 CPM
- Weekly earnings range from $1,254 - $1,625
- Average miles driven per week: 2,200 - 2,500
- Veterans receive an additional 1 CPM
For Refrigerated:
- Earn between 60 - 66 CPM with base pay capped at 66 CPM
- Weekly earnings range from $1,320 - $1,650
- Average miles driven per week: 2,200 - 2,500
Veterans also receive an additional 1 CPM (Compensation is based on experience and weekly mileage)
