Here are the benefits you can count on:

• Pay Rate: First year drivers can earn up to $85,000 annually.
• Sign-on bonus: Up to $10,000 based on experience.
• Routes primarily consist of solo 2-day routes (1 night out).

As a CDL-A Delivery Driver, you will:

• Unload and place all products in customer-designated food-safe storage areas.
• Ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Utilize a 2-wheel dolly and ramp for deliveries.
• Frequently lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Hold a valid Class A commercial driver's license (CDL-A).
• Possess at least 1 year or 50,000 verifiable miles of tractor-trailer driving experience.
• Meet McLane's Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and risk rating qualifications.
• The ability to read, write, and understand English is essential for job-related tasks, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and operational standards.
