Location: Jackson, MO
We are excited to offer competitive compensation based on your experience, skills, and location. The expected base rate for this role is between $33.06 and $34.17.
This role may also include overtime compensation and additional incentives based on performance metrics such as cases delivered, mileage, and stops.
Schedule:
Monday - Friday, typically
Start Times between 3 AM - 6 AM
The starting pay for this position is $33.06 per hour!

Main Ingredients of the Job:
- Safely drive trucks to customers while adhering to scheduled delivery times.
- Carefully unload products using a two-wheeler, pallet jack, or manually, placing them in designated storage areas.
- Verify delivery accuracy with customers and obtain necessary signatures.
- Handle collections and payments when applicable, ensuring excellent customer service.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull 20 to 80+ lbs of products repetitively throughout the shift.
- Comfortable driving and working in various weather conditions with frequent stops (10+ per shift).
What You Bring to the Table:
- Must be registered with the FMCSA Clearinghouse.
- At least 21 years of age.
- Hold a valid CDL Class A license issued by your state of residence, with necessary endorsements and DOT qualifications.
- A minimum of six months of commercial driving experience or three months in food and/or beverage delivery.
- Ability to operate a manual transmission is preferred.
- Must have strong communication skills in English, including the ability to respond to inquiries and record information accurately.
