• Pay Rate: First-year drivers can earn up to $85,000 annually.
• Sign-on bonus: Up to $10,000, depending on experience.
• Routes are mainly solo 2-day routes, generally requiring just 1 night out.

Your Role as a CDL-A Delivery Driver:

• Unloading and placing all products in customer-designated, food-safe storage areas.
• Ensuring accurate and timely deliveries.
• Utilizing a 2-wheel dolly and ramp for deliveries.
• Frequently lifting and carrying items weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications to Strengthen Our Team:

• Minimum 21 years of age.
• Possession of a valid Class A commercial driver's license (CDL-A).
• At least 1 year or 50,000 verifiable miles of tractor-trailer driving experience.
• Must meet McLane's MVR and risk rating standards.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English at a level necessary for job-related tasks and safety communication.
