Our dedicated Delivery Drivers begin at $30.28/hour and can earn up to $35.64/hour post-training when driving independently and successfully completing full routes.

First-year drivers generally earn between $85K - $120K, with top earners reaching up to $135K!

Driver Schedule

Work Monday through Saturday with flexible options for 4 or 5-day work weeks, supporting your work-life balance.

Drivers start dispatch between 3:00 AM - 7:00 AM, depending on the designated route until the day's responsibilities are complete.

Deliveries take place Monday - Saturday, and Saturday routes may be included in your schedule.

Main Responsibilities

• Safely drive delivery trucks to customers, meeting scheduled delivery times.

• Unload products from the trailer carefully using a two-wheeler, pallet jack, or by hand into designated customer areas.

• Verify delivery accuracy with customers and obtain necessary signatures.

• Handle customer collections and payments when required.

• Provide excellent customer service to enhance client experiences.

• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of equipment.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull 20 to 80+ lbs. of product regularly during each shift.

• Comfortable driving and working in varied weather conditions, with frequent stops (10+ per shift).

What You Bring

• Register with the FMCSA Clearinghouse*

• Must be at least 21 years old.

• Must possess a valid CDL Class A license issued by your state of residence, including necessary endorsements and DOT qualifications.

• Minimum of six months of commercial driving experience (any industry) or three months in food and/or beverage delivery required.

• Ability to operate a manual transmission preferred; may be necessary in certain locations.

• Must be fluent in English for effective communication, understanding traffic signs and signals, responding to inquiries, and entering information on reports and records.
