CDL A Delivery Drivers

SCHEDULE: 1st Shift

• Dedicated route with start times ranging from 1am - 6am.
• Availability for scheduling which may include weekends (Monday to Saturday).

Main Responsibilities:

As a US FOODS® Delivery Driver, your role is crucial to our success and is one of the key customer-facing positions in our organization. You will deliver a variety of products including meats, produce, groceries, and supplies to our customers efficiently and safely.

• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure deliveries are on time.
• Unload products using a hand truck and place items as directed by customers.
• Engage in heavy lifting, handling items up to 80 pounds consistently.
• Make frequent delivery stops and navigate varying weather conditions.
• Confirm delivery with customers and process payments when necessary.

Compensation and Benefits: Your hard work will be rewarded! The expected base pay for this role ranges from $30.31 to $33.68 per hour, along with overtime compensation where applicable.

Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you should meet the following criteria:

• At least 21 years of age.
• Possess a valid CDL Class A license with necessary endorsements.
• A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
• No more than two traffic violations in the past two years, with no DUI convictions in the last three years.
• Minimum of six months of commercial driving experience, or three months in food and beverage delivery.
• Must be able to pass a DOT physical examination.
