Your Role as a CDL-A Delivery Driver:

• Conduct thorough inspections of your tractor-trailer for defects pre/post trip and file the required DOT inspection report.
• Verify the accuracy of the bill of lading and secure keys during off-hour deliveries.
• Safely operate the tractor-trailer to deliver goods using your knowledge of commercial driving regulations.
• Maintain an accurate driver log (Manual or Peoplenet) following DOT regulations, recording delivery receipts and product conditions.
• Unload products, ensuring accurate delivery to customer locations.
• Complete other responsibilities as assigned.

Your Qualifications:

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Possess a valid Class A commercial driver’s license (CDL-A).
• Have a minimum of 1 year or 50,000 verifiable miles of tractor-trailer driving experience.
• Meet McLane's MVR and risk rating qualifications.
• Ability to read, write, and comprehend English effectively for essential job duties.
