Your Role as a CDL-A Delivery Driver:

• Conduct pre/post-trip inspections on tractor-trailers, ensuring safe operation by submitting DOT inspection reports.
• Verify accuracy of bill of lading and maintain store keys for off-hour deliveries.
• Safely drive the tractor-trailer to various destinations, applying your knowledge of commercial driving laws and vehicle maneuvering.
• Keep driver logs in compliance with DOT regulations, documenting deliveries, product temperatures, and exceptions.
• Unload trailers and deliver products into customer premises with efficiency.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

What We Seek in Our CDL-A Teammates:

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Hold a valid Class A commercial driver's license (CDL-A).
• Have at least 1 year or 50,000 verifiable miles of tractor-trailer driving experience.
• Satisfy McLane's MVR and risk rating qualifications.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English effectively for job-related tasks, including safety protocols.
