JOB SUMMARY:

As a Delivery Driver, you will play a vital role in serving our customers by transporting products safely and efficiently from our warehouse to various customers while adhering to company standards and customer expectations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Unload products from trailers and deliver them to designated areas, adhering to customer specifications and company standards.
• Complete all necessary paperwork accurately and on time to comply with established guidelines.
• Maintain food safety protocols and sanitary conditions for products and delivery vehicles.
• Develop strong relationships with customers, providing excellent service and clear communication.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

REQUIRED MINIMUM EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

• High school diploma/GED/equivalent degree, with at least 1 year of tractor-trailer driving experience preferred. Completion of a tractor-trailer driving school also accepted.

CERTIFICATIONS AND/OR TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License; must be insurable to operate vehicles.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

Knowledge of DOT regulations, safe lifting, and delivery practices are essential. Strong communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to drive safely under various conditions are critical.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

This role requires the ability to sit, lift, push, and move products weighing up to 50 pounds, as well as operate hand carts and scale pallets effectively.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

This position may involve exposure to extreme weather conditions, and you will primarily work overnight schedules with varying start times to meet customer needs.
