What does a Casual Delivery Driver do?

You will drive our iconic brown trucks, delivering packages of all shapes and sizes to our customers with a friendly attitude. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys both being outdoors and behind the wheel!

What qualities do you need to succeed in this role?

• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license (no CDL required)
• Pass the DOT physical examination
• Exceptional customer service and driving skills
• Legal eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Compliance with UPS appearance guidelines, including wearing the company-provided uniform

Casual package delivery drivers typically work full-time, about eight to ten hours per day. Your workdays may vary (Monday - Friday) or (Tuesday - Saturday), depending on business requirements.

Note: This is a seasonal position

Dedicated drivers may transition into permanent roles, with total annual compensation exceeding $145,000 that includes $0 healthcare premiums, up to seven weeks of paid vacation, and benefits such as paid holidays and sick leave. We also contribute to a defined-benefit pension plan.
