Hiring for all shifts! Touching Hearts at Home caregiver team are experienced Non-Medical Companion Caregivers, Care Partners, that are committed and share a passion for enriching the lives of others. We provide non-medical companionship for our clients in their homes to age in place with a very competitive hourly rate of pay. We do not require healthcare certification and are not required to provide hands on care or other medical services. Our close-knit team assists with the services that we offer our clients and they receive the highest quality care. Our team wants to make a positive impact on the lives of our clients and their families and is a rewarding career!

We are not just filling shifts; we are building a Care Partner team!

Shifts and availability: Our shifts vary depending on our clients needs, but shifts are typically 8am-12p, 12pm-4pm, 5pm-up until 8am. Availability of 20-40 hours a week is needed in order for us to match up our Care Partners with our clients. The more availability you have, the more opportunities!

Requirements:

• Personal or Professional Experience: Taking care of a loved one first-hand OR professional experience working as a Home Health Aide (HHA), Personal Care Assistant (PCA), Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Nurse (RN), Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or companion caregiver / homemaker
• Valid Driver's License & your own Insured Vehicle to transport and accompany clients
• Must have your own reliable cell phone and daily access to the internet, email, texting
• Minimum availability of 20 working hours per week. We have shifts available to work up to 40 hours a week (availability on weekends a plus)
• Willingness to travel a work commute up to 15 miles to and from the clients home
• Commitment and compassion for providing quality care in our community
• The ability to lift, push, and pull up to 25 pounds
• We complete a criminal background and driving record check before hiring and we are a drug free workplace
• No Certification required!

Compensation: $18.25 per hour
