What You'll Do

• Support and develop an amazing team of caregivers
• Ensure patient care runs smoothly with scheduling and dispatch coordination
• Keep communication flowing between patients, families, and team members
• Balance the fast pace of the office with compassion for those we serve

What We're Looking For

• High School Diploma or GED (required)
• Experience in customer service, scheduling, dispatch, or supervising in a healthcare/home care setting
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and technology-driven environments
• A collaborative, team-oriented mindset
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting
• Must be at least 18 years old
• 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced office environment preferred
• Reliable transportation to perform job responsibilities
