What We're Looking For:

• High School Diploma or GED (required)
• 60 College Credit Hours or 2 years of supervisory experience in a healthcare setting
• Familiarity with Medicare/Medicaid, home care benefits, and applicable state regulations (preferred)
• Strong computer, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment
• Reliable transportation to fulfill job duties
• Genuine passion for providing exceptional patient care
