Sign-On Bonus: Enjoy a $20,000 sign-on bonus for candidates with more than one year of experience or $15,000 for other qualified candidates, paid in full on your first paycheck!

Compensation: Starting at $34.23/hour, with daily pay options available.

Shift Differentials: Additional compensation available for night, weekend, and extra shifts.

Who You Are: You are a skilled professional with a passion for cardiac sonography and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care. To qualify, you should have completed a Cardiac Sonography program and hold ARDMS or CCI certification with a minimum of four years of experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct diagnostic ultrasound imaging studies and echocardiograms, including Stress Echo and TAVR procedures, adhering to our established guidelines.
• Engage effectively with patients, providing clear communication about procedures and ensuring informed consent.
• Gather and assess patient medical histories prior to examinations.
• Maintain accurate patient records in our PACS or Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system.
• Ensure timely and precise billing for procedures with minimal errors.
• Collaborate on departmental goals, support staff education, and participate in performance improvement initiatives.
• Follow safety and infection control protocols diligently.
• Deliver excellent customer service, demonstrating care and respect to all patients and families.
• Assist in day-to-day departmental operations and maintain a clean work environment.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Allied Health program in Echocardiography/Cardiac Imaging.
• Certified in Basic Life Support (BLS), Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS), or Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) by ARDMS or CCI.
• Must possess strong technical skills for operating ultrasound and Doppler equipment.

Working Conditions: You may be exposed to infectious diseases and hazardous materials. Regular physical effort is required to lift and transfer patients, up to 350 lbs at times.
