Get to Know Your Team:  

• Hillcrest Hospital Claremore is a 49-bed acute care medical center offering a wide range of inpatient and outpatient services, including maternity and women’s services, ICU and cardiology services in the advanced cardiac catheterization lab.

• Supports the organization’s mission, vision and values by exhibiting competence in demonstrating knowledge and skill to carry out nursing process.
• In addition, performs the primary functions of a professional nursing leader in assessing, planning, directing, and evaluating patient care on a 24 hours basis.
• Is responsible for meeting the regulatory agencies requirements and the Standards of Nursing Practice for the specific clinical area.
• Manages all personnel, supplies, equipment on the unit and promotes teamwork with physicians, personnel, and other departments.
• Utilizes knowledge of standards, policies, and procedures as outlined for the hospital.

Job Requirements:

• Valid Multi State or Oklahoma RN license
• Three years of experience in specific clinical area with one-year previous management experience in clinical specialty

• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care

Preferred Job Requirements:

• Bachelors of Science in Nursing (BSN)
• ACLS Certified
