Our client, a leading organization in the utility and infrastructure sector, is seeking a CAD Technician to join their team. As a CAD Technician, you will be part of the Substation Engineering department supporting ongoing projects. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: CAD Technician

Location: Sacramento, California

Pay Range: $32.53 per hour plus OT and benefits

What's the Job?

• Provide drafting support during design and as-built phases of projects
• Send out notifications for review and construction packages
• Prepare review and construction package PDFs for distribution
• Fulfill requests for printing and scanning drawing packages, and data entry in SAP
• Update drawing information in SAP and maintain the drawing vault

What's Needed?

• Proficiency in AutoCAD 2024 and SAP software
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work on-site at the Sacramento location
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
