As a Business Systems Analyst, you will:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, define, and document business requirements, supporting process improvement and root cause analysis initiatives.
• Provide analytical and technical support under general supervision, contributing to departmental-level projects and preparing documentation like reports and models.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Exposure to tools and concepts like Figma, UX design, SQL, Visual Studio, or a technical/business analysis background.
