Business Coordinator
We are seeking an enthusiastic Accounts Payable Specialist who will provide high-quality support and outstanding customer service to all areas of our organization, ensuring timely resolution of outstanding accounts payable invoices.
Responsibilities
- Manage assigned queue to ensure timely processing of vendor invoices.
- Process a high volume of workflows with accuracy.
- Review vendor invoices for linkage to purchase orders.
- Ensure three-way-match reconciliation of purchase order, goods receipt, and invoice is complete.
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
- Follow processes, procedures, and internal controls.
- Identify and communicate opportunities for process improvement.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to increase efficiencies in the department.
- Maintain reliable and consistent attendance.
- Complete goods receipts and work with the procurement department.
Essential Skills
- Strong customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Experience with SAP/ERP systems.
- Ability to manage data entry, reconciliation, and invoice processing.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Problem-solving and solution-oriented mindset.
- Professionalism and reliability.

- Recent college graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Experience in a professional setting with business support exposure.
- Positive attitude, energy, and willingness to learn.
- Collaborative team player with a strong sense of professionalism.
- Some accounting or finance experience is a plus.

Work Environment

Work onsite for the first 90 days, then transition to a hybrid schedule with two days at home. Choose an 8-hour shift between 7 am and 6 pm; most team members work from 7 am to 3:30 pm with a 30-minute lunch. Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of La Vista, Nebraska.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.50 - $20.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
