As a Business Analyst, you will be part of the Global Technology department supporting critical operational functions. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a solid project management background which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Business Analyst
Location: Charlotte, NC
Pay Range: $38.48 per hour
What's the Job?
- Develop, implement, and maintain business continuity and operational resiliency strategies.
- Collaborate with Global Technology subject matter experts to assess recovery risks and provide effective solutions.
- Lead response teams during continuity events to mitigate impacts and facilitate recovery.
- Ensure compliance with business continuity laws, rules, and internal policies.
- Utilize project management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
- Strong understanding of business continuity laws and internal bank policies.
- Excellent analytical skills to assess complex situations and develop informed decisions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and BCP software/tools.
- Experience with Global Technology risk frameworks and methodologies.
