• Polished and professional verbal and email communication & etiquette
• Must be enthusiastic, personable & likes to takes initiative

• Manufacturing experience
• Bookkeeping experience, specifically with AR & AP
• Experience working with Excel & Quickbooks

Job Summary
We are a growing manufacturer seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Bookkeeper to join our team in Paramount, CA. This position will primarily focus on managing Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) functions to ensure the smooth operation of financial processes.
Key Responsibilities:

• Process and reconcile customer invoices, payments, and collections for AR.
• Review, code, and enter vendor invoices for AP, ensuring timely payments.
• Maintain accurate financial records and assist in month-end reconciliations.
• Communicate with customers and vendors to resolve discrepancies and inquiries.
• Support the preparation of reports and documentation as needed.

This position will be required to wear multiple hats and will work in an open cubicle workspace with other co-workers present. Must have:

• Currently, working in a Bookkeeper, Admin, Receptionist, Clerk, Customer Service, or similar role
