Compensation: $28.50-$41.00/hr

Sign-On Bonus: $5,000

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain ammonia refrigeration systems and oversee chemical testing of the evaporative condenser water.
• Monitor system performance through regular walkarounds and analysis of trend graphs.
• Optimize ammonia operations using the Logix system and support training for maintenance technicians.
• Create and review operating procedures and ensure compliance with PSM audits.
• Maintain plant equipment and troubleshoot mechanical problems efficiently.
• Collaborate with supervisors to improve quality and yield, while completing scheduled daily work tasks.
• Assist in wastewater operations and work on HVAC systems as necessary.
• Complete documentation for work orders and PSM elements.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• Must be eligible to work in the US without Visa sponsorship.
• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Understanding of Anhydrous Ammonia Refrigeration systems and possess appropriate certifications.
• At least 3 years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude with the ability to interpret engineering drawings.
• Commitment to safety and ability to follow all safety policies.
• Availability to work weekends when necessary.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in food processing maintenance and knowledge of wastewater systems.
• HVAC systems experience and familiarity with operating compressed air systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot electrical circuits effectively.
