We're currently seeking a Structural BIM Coordinator to help drive the development of cutting-edge facilities through expert coordination and innovative modeling.

What You'll Do

As a Structural BIM Coordinator, you'll play a key role in delivering complex projects with precision and innovation. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading BIM coordination across multiple disciplines and managing deliverables
• Supporting Revit projects, coversheets, and reality capture workflows
• Developing detailed 3D families and parameters for advanced technology facilities
• Utilizing laser scans to ensure model accuracy and alignment with existing conditions
• Mentoring junior staff on BIM processes and best practices
• Conducting site visits to ensure field accuracy and resolve coordination issues
• Hosting coordination meetings and collaborating with key stakeholders
• Acting as a Safety Steward and promoting safe practices across project teams

What You Bring

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Revit and BIM coordination
• 35 years in MEP design or BIM project delivery
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, and Autodesk Suite (ACC, BIM360)
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with experience reporting to all levels
• Ability to manage complex space coordination across piping, ducting, and electrical systems
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to innovation and improvement

Bonus Skills

• Experience producing weekly status indicators and identifying support needs
• Knowledge of structural engineering, steel structures, and design principles
• Familiarity with MEP detailing software and multi-user BIM environments

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
