Billings and Collections Consultant
Our client, a fast-growing AI research company focused on building safe and interpretable AI systems, is seeking a Billings and Collections Consultant to support their finance team during a period of rapid expansion and transformation.
This position is 100% remote, with the option to work hybrid from their San Francisco office. This engagement will have an initial duration of 3 months with the opportunity to extend.
Responsibilities:

• Support billing and collections operations during a period of team expansion.
• Assist with high-volume transaction processing in a self-serve model.
• Contribute to process improvement and automation initiatives.
• Analyze billing and collections data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Work within NetSuite and Stripe to manage billing workflows.

Requirements:

• Experience in high-volume billing environments, ideally with a self-serve model.
• Strong data analysis skills.
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite and Stripe.
• Background in automation projects and system implementations.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
