Join our team as a Bilingual Retail Associate at Sherwin-Williams, where your skills in both Spanish and English will shine! As a vital part of our retail operation, you will engage with wholesale and retail customers, understanding their needs and guiding them to the best solutions for their projects. With a starting pay of $17.00 per hour, this part-time position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment.

You will be responsible for:

Delivering exceptional customer satisfaction through top-notch sales service.
Assisting customers in person and over the phone to identify their needs and providing suitable product recommendations.
Building and maintaining trusting relationships with customers.
Accurately processing sales transactions in line with company policies.
Meeting and striving to exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals.
Maintaining operational excellence through precise work order files and product formulas.
Preparing products for customers by tinting and mixing according to specifications.
Stocking shelves, setting up displays, and cleaning store equipment as needed.
Loading and unloading delivery trucks and assisting with deliveries.
Ensuring a well-stocked and visually appealing store environment.
Staying informed about the products we offer and effectively communicating options to customers.
Following inventory control procedures and suggesting sales improvement strategies.

Please note, this position involves contact with customers, including minors, and may include unsupervised access to cash and sensitive information. A criminal history review is necessitated for the safety of our customers and staff.

We welcome applicants who are at least eighteen years old and legally authorized to work in the country without needing sponsorship. A valid Driver's License, a High School diploma or GED, and prior experience in customer service or retail are preferred qualifications.
