Bilingual Onboarding Associate

The Bilingual Onboarding Associate will assist applicants throughout the application and hiring process. This role involves guiding applicants with new-hire paperwork and managing multiple applicants simultaneously in a technologically equipped environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist applicants with the completion of new-hire paperwork.
• Guide applicants through the application and hiring processes.
• Manage and assist approximately 40-60 applicants per day.
• Facilitate the fingerprinting process for applicants.
• Handle documentation, paper filing, and managing and storing paperwork and applications efficiently.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in onboarding processes.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Data entry capabilities.
• Experience with new hire orientation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• HR administration skills.
• Administrative support experience.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Bilingual fluency in both spoken and written communication.
• 1-2 years of experience in retail or customer service.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to navigate computer systems to assist applicants with online paperwork.
• A positive personality that enhances the applicant's experience during the application process.

Work Environment

The position is based in an office environment, working alongside a team of approximately 10 other Onboarding Assistants. The workspace is equipped with about 30 computers to facilitate the onboarding process.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Memphis, Tennessee.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.78 - $18.78/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
