Bilingual Logistics Specialist - WPB

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Bilingual Logistics Specialist to support a great client in West Palm Beach, FL. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Work Type: Contract to hire, full time, hybrid
Pay: Up to $25/hr
Responsibilities

• Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately per company policies.
• Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally via phone and email.
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and awareness of company policies and industry trends.
• Ensure proper documentation of orders and timely submission of export-related paperwork.
• Stay current on export regulations and ensure compliance.
• Manage ocean freight logistics including booking, documentation, and execution-especially for hazardous materials.
• Collaborate with internal teams (supply chain, sales, regulatory affairs) for smooth shipping operations.
• Handle confidential customer information securely.
• Build trust and maintain strong relationships with customer accounts.
• Support additional tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Spanish fluency is required .
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite; NetSuite experience is a plus.
• Associate degree or equivalent work experience.
• Basic knowledge of hazardous materials handling (preferred).
• Familiarity with export processes and U.S. customs filings (a plus).
• Understanding of ocean freight operations and international shipping regulations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Pay Details: $23.00 to $25.00 per hour
