Overview:
We are currently working with a client in the manufacturing space who is seeking a Bilingual HR Generalist to support day-to-day HR administrative functions. This fully on-site opportunity is located in Vernon, CA , starting as a contract-to-hire role with pay ranging from $33-$41/hour , depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage administrative tasks for Workers' Compensation and ADA cases
• Track medical documentation and employee recovery progress
• Assist with timecard corrections, password resets, and system access
• Conduct candidate pre-screens and coordinate hourly interviews
• Maintain HR records and provide daily support to on-site employees
• Communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking staff on the production floor

Qualifications:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
• 5 years of HR experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment is a must
• Proven experience supporting a blue-collar workforce
• Strong administrative, organizational, and communication skills
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now highly preferred
