Bilingual Customer Support Specialist (Spanish)

As a Bilingual Customer Support Specialist at Sherwin-Williams, you will play a crucial role in assisting both wholesale and retail customers with their needs, providing insightful answers about our wide range of products, and recommending tailored solutions that enhance their experience. In this position, you will be responsible for achieving outstanding customer service while consistently meeting the store's sales goals. You're expected to interact with a diverse customer base, including minors, and will have access to cash, electronic equipment, and valuable merchandise. Therefore, a review of your criminal history will be conducted to protect our customers and uphold the company's reputation effectively.

The individual selected for this position will work at stores within a 5-10 mile radius of locations: 1003 W Chester Pike, West Chester, PA 19382 and 343 E. Lincoln Highway, Exton, PA 19341.

Minimum Qualifications:

• At least 18 years of age.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate effectively in English.
• Proficient in reading, writing, comprehending, and communicating in Spanish.
• Valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• Capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Willingness to work scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends.

Preferred Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED.
• At least one year of experience in a delivery, retail, or customer service position.
• Previous experience in selling paint and related products.
• Experience operating tinting and mixing equipment.
