*Overview:*
We are seeking a Benefits Specialist to support patient access and insurance verification efforts in a fast-paced healthcare environment. This role involves both outbound and inbound communication with patients and providers, with a strong emphasis on accuracy, empathy, and efficiency.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Make approximately 10 outbound calls per day to clarify missing or unclear benefit details
* Conduct full benefit investigations using a provided script and call guide
* Handle inbound patient calls regarding application status and missing information
* Document benefit findings in the Summary of Benefits for provider use
* Maintain thorough and accurate case notes in the Lynk system

*Pay and Benefits*
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00/hr.
