Job Title: Benefits Analyst
Location: Latrobe, PA
Salary: $55k-70k
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Benefits Analyst to join our team. As a Benefits Analyst, you will be responsible for managing employee benefits programs and ensuring compliance with employment labor laws. You will play a crucial role in providing support to our employees and assisting with various HR functions. Responsibilities - Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies- Ensure accurate and timely enrollment of employees in benefit plans- Serve as the main point of contact for employees regarding benefits-related inquiries- Conduct research and analysis on benefit programs and make recommendations for improvements- Collaborate with HR team to develop and implement employee wellness initiatives- Assist with the coordination of open enrollment processes- Maintain employee records related to benefits and ensure data accuracy- Stay up-to-date on changes in employment labor laws and regulations related to benefits
Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field- Proven experience as a Benefits Analyst or similar role- Strong knowledge of employee benefits programs and employment labor laws- Proficient in HRIS systems such as Paylocity, PeopleSoft, or SAP- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to collect and analyze data effectively- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Familiarity with FMLA regulations is a plus
