Overview:
LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a reputable client in Troy, MI to find a skilled Benefits Administrator to join their team. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity offering a hybrid work environment and competitive hourly compensation.
Key Responsibilities:

• Administer employee benefits programs including health, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, and retirement plans.
  
• Serve as the primary point of contact for benefits-related inquiries and issues.
  
• Coordinate benefits enrollment, changes, and terminations.
  
• Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations (e.g., COBRA, HIPAA, ACA).
  
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
  
• Collaborate with HR and payroll teams to ensure seamless benefits administration.
  

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in benefits administration or HR support.
  
• Strong understanding of benefits regulations and compliance.
  
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay Details: $26.00 to $29.00 per hour
