Behavioral Therapist for Children with Autism (Master's Level)

In our 1:1 ABA setting, you'll work directly with children aged 18 months to 8 years, applying ethical and evidence-based ABA strategies with top-tier supervision and ongoing training.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement ABA Therapy: Use one-on-one ABA therapy principles to help children with Autism thrive by following treatment plans, collecting data, and incorporating supervisor feedback.
• Develop Therapeutic Activities: Engage children through fun and interactive therapeutic activities that support their growth.
• Team Collaboration: Work with a team to design and enhance treatment approaches for an optimal experience.
• Engage Actively: Interact with children through play, movement, and creative expression, fostering a joyful atmosphere.
• Communicate Effectively: Coordinate with peers, families, and supervisors to celebrate progress and advocate for individual needs.

Job Requirements:

• Physical Abilities: Able to lift children up to 30 lbs, bend, squat, and move quickly to maintain engagement and ensure safety.
• Maintain Therapy Environment: Keep play areas organized and conducive to effective therapy experiences.
• Multitasking Skills: Balance multiple actions and prioritize tasks while addressing safety concerns.
• Team Support: Collaborate with team members across centers, which may involve occasional travel.
• Transportation: Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a high school diploma or equivalent. Master's Degree Required.

You will also complete the RBT certification process within 20 days of employment, which includes a 40-hour training curriculum and passing the board's exam.
