If you have 12 years of hands-on experience in ABA, behavior therapy, or interventionist work, this is your opportunity to make a lasting impact in the lives of students with special needswhile growing in a role that values your expertise.

Position Details

• Pay Range: $24$27/hour (based on experience)
• Schedule: MondayFriday, 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM
• Location: School sites in Glendale, Burbank, Pasadena, and throughout LA County

Your Role

• Deliver direct support to students with behavioral and developmental needs in classroom settings
• Implement individualized education and behavior intervention plans
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and behavioral specialists to ensure consistent, high-quality support
• Promote a calm, inclusive, and structured learning environment
• Reinforce positive behaviors and support students' social-emotional development

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Preferred: 12 years of experience in ABA, behavior therapy, or interventionist roles
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must meet all federal, state, and local employment requirements
