Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) | $70/hr Local | $2,970/week Travel | High School | Escondido, CA | 20252026 School Year

Amergis Educational Staffing is hiring a full-time BCBA to support high school students across multiple sites in Escondido, California. This in-person role begins ASAP and runs through June 10, 2026.

Schedule: MondayFriday, 7:30 AM 3:00 PM (hours may vary)

Hours/Week: 37.5

Pay: $70/hr local or $2,970/week travel

Setting: Moderate/Severe classrooms

Role: Consult with teachers, conduct FBAs, develop and implement BIPs

Requirements:

• Active BCBA certification (CA)
• Master's degree in ABA, psychology, teaching, or related field
• School experience preferred
• Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements
