Systems Administrator

Candidates must be comfortable working in either Roy, UT or Huntsville, AL - position will be on site

Duration: 1 year contract to hire - targeting 10/20 start date

Clearance: Secret clearance at minimum, TS clearance preferred

Pay: $70-100/hr

Qualifications:

• Strong networking knowledge
• Experience with STIG deployment and SCAP scanning
• Proficiency in both Windows and Linux systems
• Level 5: Masters with 12 years experience, OR Bachelors with 14
• Must have a SEC+ or equivalent

Technologies:

• Red Hat Linux (versions 8 and 9)
• VMware virtualization
• VCF (VMware Cloud Foundation)
• Horizon/NIFA for VDI
• NSX virtual networking
• Satellite server
• Storage technologies like Isilon, Unity
• Backup tools like PPDM and Rubrik
• Experience automating with Ansible and Puppet

Additional preferences:

• Sys Admin-focused background, AVOID Cyber Sec Background
• Strong people skills for level 5 (ability to interact with upper management)
• Understanding of compliance and technical concepts
