QA Automation Engineer

We are seeking a skilled QA Automation Engineer to lead and execute comprehensive testing strategies across the software development lifecycle. This role involves designing and implementing automated test frameworks, ensuring application performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all phases of the automation lifecycle: initiation, planning, execution, control, and reporting.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using tools like Selenium WebDriver, Cucumber, Maven, Jenkins, and Git.
• Execute performance testing using JMeter to validate system scalability and reliability.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into detailed test plans, test cases, and test data.
• Perform database testing using SQL and validate web services using SOAP UI and Postman.
• Conduct a wide range of testing types including functional, regression, UAT, accessibility, and cross-browser/platform testing.
• Utilize tools like Version One and Zephyr Scale for test case and defect management.
• Collaborate with developers and QA analysts to troubleshoot issues and ensure test coverage.

Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of SDLC and experience with Agile, SCRUM, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Proficiency in test automation frameworks and performance testing tools.
• Solid experience in backend testing, UI validation, and web services testing.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to quickly adapt to new environments and technologies.
